RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Daud Abbas we are dedicated to make sure the highest level of service. While we hope you are satisfied with your order we do not offer any return or exchange under any conditions. If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 24 hours along with paper invoice (via call, message or email) after receiving the parcel.
After you make a request, the Quality Department of the Company will look into the issue and get right back to you. After reviewing the product, we may offer you an Exchange or store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault.
Refunds are not in cash
The client will be issued a coupon of the same value valid for Online Store only, which can be used instantly or in the future.
Damage & Claims
The exchange of Damaged item will be allowed if the item received has any kind of manufacturing defect, shipment of wrong size or wrong item. The complaint has to be raised within 24 hours along with paper invoice (via call, message or email) after receiving the parcel.
Please allow one week for the processing of damage and claims.

- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- Custom orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the order placement.
